As specialists in computer aided design and manufacture, Axon’s CAD/CAM team are able take a project from concept all the way to finished product. Using the latest CAD software, the team can produce technical drawings, profiles and schematics that allow for a greater level of design development and interaction. Changes and updates can be made quickly and efficiently without the need for expensive prototypes.

Integrating innovative computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) means that CAD generated designs can be transferred directly to production. Axon’s in-house CAM facility enables the manufacture of bespoke fascias and panel profiles directly from CAD, resulting in the highest levels of precision and accuracy. This is of great benefit when applied to production runs, as it means that each panel will be produced identically.

Axon also specialises in fascia design technology, with a dedicated spray-shop facility. Offering the latest laminates, paints, lacquers and finishes, the fascia team can produce a panel to suit the aesthetics of any design project.
