Axon Components has long been a specialist in fascia design and production. With a dedicated facility equipped with the latest CAD/CAM technology, CNC router and state-of-the-art spray shop, Axon can produce fascias for instrument and switch panels, control systems, car dashboards and more.

A wide selection of fascia finishes is available, including a range of burr veneer and carbon-fibre laminates, metallic and pearl-effect paints, soft-touch lacquers and textured matt coatings. All finishes are applied in-house, with paints and lacquers sprayed and polished by hand. Axon fascias can be found on some of the world’s most luxurious motor boats and yachts, and the fascia team always ensure that the quality of finish is equal to the setting.

Innovative CAD/CAM technology means that fascias can be produced from a technical drawing right through to the finished product, with the facility to make one-off panels or larger production runs with equal accuracy. The fascia team can also refurbish old or damaged dashboards and instrument panels to look like new, stripping back faded, worn veneers or lacquers and re-coating them. Where a panel may be too heavily damaged to refurbish, the team can scan and re-manufacture it as a completely new fascia.

Axon also provides screen printing onto all types of fascia, meaning that legends, logos or mimics can be printed directly on to a panel. This is particularly useful for switch panels, control system fascias and instruction plates.
